Events

Hi gang,

I propose the meeting being held at Cookie Bar, Sunday Arvo?
This is the easiest spot because Monin, Vito, Thomas can probably make it.

I won't reveal too much of it here, but i will email the meeting tomorrow.

Right now i need people to comment in the boxes about the times they will be available to best accomodate everyone.

The meeting will be pretty quick i expect this to not take more than an hour.

As we are indeed heading closer to the end of pre-production i do expect meeting to focus more and more on production.

This is a bit of a late notice, so i'm really sorry.

-Jay.

Saturday i have a 21st.

You both can sit this out out if you want. I'm not covering much on pre-prod. Everyone knows what needs to be done. There is a tiny production point in the email if you wanna have a look vito.

The meeting should be short. If there is a point where decisions are going to be made, i will telephone u and ask for your opinion monin.

I have emailed you pretty much what i planned to cover at the meeting. I have also email Thomas about the planned meeting.

All you gotta do is fill me in about issues i will cover. (info session, marketing, website if it tickles your fancy)

I will forward the fresh crisp manila foolscap folder u have given me to vito and a copy to the writers sometime this week. Mark and Brendan let me know when ur bits are done and we'll slap it all together and have a review session. Cool?

We should be able to wrap pre-prod on schedule.

"Notice: Scripting will be covered next week, by then hopefully I would've been able to chase up all the other bits other people have done and slapped it into one. Monin is finished with his and I'm nearing the completion of mine. How are you others doing anyway?"

i will be covering this at the next meeting.

since i will not be able to make it to tomorrow's meeting, i've e-mailed you guys some info regarding the next production meeting re: writers and artists. whilst marketing etc is a priority, so is the script.

the next meeting will be on either the 9th or 10th (saturday or sunday), preferably during the day. but if the time doesn't suit, please let me know and we can arrange a time where we can all be there. it would be useful if we all knew where we are with production before we start printing and thinking about the marketing strategies etc.
